BeadFX has a Return & Refund policy. If you need to cancel a virtual class, you should let them know 5 days prior to the class. Cancellations and refunds will not be permitted once instructions, materials, and electronic links to the classes have been emailed to students. For in-studio classes, if you need to cancel, you should let them know 5 days prior to the class. Cancellations made later than that will forfeit the class deposit or fee. No refunds or cancellations are permitted for classes with celebrity/visiting instructors.

As for their Shipping Policy, for orders under $100 of regular priced products, actual shipping cost applies. For orders over $100 of most regular priced products, they reduce shipping by $4 per $50 spent. If it is on sale, or discounted etc, orders over $200 get reduced shipping costs of $2 per $50 spent. Shipping is calculated at the bottom of the shopping cart, based on your postal code, showing your potential savings. Most orders are shipped tracked and insured. For orders within the USA, they are shipped via USPS using First Class services and Priority package services. For large packages, UPS is also available. They ship from Niagara Falls, New York. No duties, no customs charges, no brokerage. Their Flat Rate method covers most packages for only $7.00 US, but Shipping is FREE for most orders over $100! Orders over $50 can earn shipping discounts based on eligibility. International shipments go at cost – you will see the options and estimated delivery times when you check out. Occasionally, the cart rating is incorrect and does not recognize overweight or oversize items properly, so unfortunately they may need to contact you about a different shipping method or rate. As well, large quantities of tiny items may confuse the post office software (which does the pricing), causing a much higher estimated shipping cost.
